Refund & Money-Back Policy
At EssenzaVital, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.
1. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned in accordance with applicable law:
- Perishable goods (such as food products once opened).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Personal care products and dietary supplements if they have been opened, used, or if the safety seal has been broken.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as regular-priced items,
unless excluded by law due to health or hygiene protection reasons.

2. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, you may return an eligible unopened item
(where legally permitted) and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
3. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a statutory return, the product must be:
- in its original condition,
- unopened and unused,
- with the original safety seal fully intact,
- and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Important Notice on Hygiene Products:
In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU,
the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return
due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
Therefore, opened, used, or unsealed dietary supplements are excluded from the statutory
right of withdrawal and are not eligible for return or refund.
4. EssenzaVital 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voluntary Guarantee)
In addition to your statutory rights, EssenzaVital voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If, after consistent daily use in accordance with the instructions, you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- The product must have been used as directed.
- The empty bottle must be returned.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
This voluntary guarantee does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (either an unopened product under EU law or an empty bottle under the voluntary guarantee), we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@essenzavital.es.
