Refund & Money-Back Policy
At EssenzaVital, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.
1. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, dietary supplements) if opened or safety seals have been broken.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive another product, please return the unopened item (where eligible) and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
3. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the product must be:
- in its original condition,
- unopened with the safety seal intact,
- and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Important: Opened or used dietary supplements are excluded from the standard EU right of withdrawal due to health and hygiene regulations.
4. EssenzaVital 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we proudly offer our customers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If, after consistent daily use, you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
- Daily consumption must have taken place as directed.
- The empty bottle must be returned to us.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item (whether unopened product under EU law or empty bottle under our guarantee), we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@essenzavital.es.
